I had a 10:30 appointment for an oil change/tire rotation. I arrived at 10:07 and did not leave until 12:00 or a little after that. The wait was entirely too long for having an appointment and having such a minor maintenance procedure done. 2 hours is not acceptable.

I have been a loyal customer. I purchased a used 2500 Hd for 60,000,00 about a year and half ago. I have been getting it serviced, and fuel filters changed due to it being a diesel. Also when it's there they let me know if there is anything needed, it needed a Battery which they charged me 300. I noticed my headliner was wet from so snow we had. They said my sliding back window was cracked. They sold it to me that way. They wanted to charge me 1256 plus tax to do it. They did come down some, but I had to raise Cain. Why don't y'all take care of your loyal customers. I could have gotten the battery alot cheaper and installed and also the back window.

I have had problems out of my truck since it was purchased (purchased new in 2020). It has spent countless months at the dealership. Transmission rebuilds, Engine Problems, And the weekend I bought it the engine light came on and had to have the DEF pump replaced. The check engine light stays on and when I take it to the dealership there is never a loaner available for us to use. I usually have to wait weeks to get put into something for my truck to sit in the shop for an additional few weeks, if not months.

It took two hours for an oil change and to replace windshield wipers. When I addressed the how long it took the guy seemed so annoyed and said they got backed up. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Nick Mayer. I have been coming for years to service my vehicle in order to keep my truck’s warranty. I have asked many times if I needed to have any additional service done in order to keep my warranty. Each time I was told I did not and my warranty was good as long as I continued to come for my oil changes. My transmission recently went out in my truck and I was informed that my warranty was declined. I will never do business with Nick Mayer again.

The service rep neglected to give me my free oil change. I told him in the beginning that I had two free oil changes and I wanted to use the one free oil change. After everything was done and the rep said my vehicle was done. Told to see the cashier. I went to the cashier and he tells me the balance. I look at the bill and the free oil change wasn't on the bill. I was being charged for the oil change. I told the cashier about there should not be a charge for the oil change and that it was supposed to be free. He called the rep over and told him about the error. The rep went back in the office and rechecked my history and came back with a new bill minus the oil change. The rep didn't apologize for his mistake to me. I thought that was rude on his part and bad customer relations. He just walked off.

I was in for my first oil change. The service was good and the staff was friendly, my only complaint was that I was handed a CSI SSS Survey that was already filled out with the best answers already circled. I was told by the service person that if they didn't get perfect scores their pay would be docked. That is so unprofessional. I don't think I will be taking my car in for any more oil changes.

Wouldn’t rotate the tires due to not having the “lugnut key”. Normally I might understand this but this is the dealership where we bought the car & this is the first we are hearing about a key. We were not given a key when we bought the car. I had to order one for $45. It’s a good thing we haven’t Ever gotten a flat!

When I got my car back it looked like someone had a food fight in it. French fries all on the floor and what looks like a full soda splashed from the windshield, all over the passenger side door and side all the way into the back seat as well as the entire ceiling of the car spanning from the passenger front clear into the back. There is even some dripped down the console onto the driver side floor and a bit on the dash. It was everywhere! Huge mess that definitely was not there when I dropped it off.

Chris is rude! Heard him talking about me before I got out of ear sight. I spent 53,000$ there not 7 months ago and was charged for a diagnostic fee that the nice Jason Bell was about to get lowered to the amount of money I had in my pocket. I bought a brand new car so I would not have these types of problems. Not happy with the way I was treated or the fact that a brand new car has problems like this! I have a Ford truck with 147,000 miles on it that has never had to have wheel barens replaced. Maybe it is time to go back to Ford!!! Just cannot believe a brand new car is having these types of problems and I am going to have to pay for it to be fixed!!!

Katie was great to us and went out of her way to make sure we was happy. We had a yukon that fell under the current recall with a locked up motor and no ETA for repair. She quickly put is in a loaner vechile to drive and then once we decided to just but a new tahoe instead of waiting for repair, she gave us a great deal and worked with us throughout it all. Chris and the entire service team were outstanding in helping us through an emergency repair. Their communication was excellent and they were able to get the truck repaired quickly. Additionally, I contacted Mitch (our sales rep) via text the evening that the accident occurred. It was after hours and he was prompt in responding to me and giving me instructions on getting the truck to the shop. He was so kind to follow up the next morning with updates on the repair. We always know we’re in great hands at Nick Mayer Chevrolet.
